Protection of personal data
The administrator of the User’s personal data is Moja Gazetka Sp. z o.o. (Ltd.) with its registered office in Poland, VAT-ID: PL6392024405, REGON: 521107973, KRS: 0000949592
Personal data of the User used in the course of handling User’s loyalty cards (e-mail address) are processed in order to service loyalty cards and associate their number with the User. The User has the right to inspect and correct their personal data as well as the right to express opposition as to their processing.
By logging in to the application when using the functionality of loyalty cards the User consents to the processing of personal data for the above-mentioned purposes.
Consent to the processing of personal data expressed by logging in to the User at use from the functionality of loyalty cards is the permission to collect, process and using the information provided by the Administrator also for marketing and statistical purposes in accordance with the Data Protection Act personal data of August 29, 1997 (Journal of Laws of 2002, No. 101, item 926 – consolidated text) and consent to receive information within the meaning of the Act of July 18, 2002 on the provision of electronic services (Journal of Laws of 2002, No. 144, Pos. 1204 with changes).
By logging in, the User, using the functionality of loyalty cards, acknowledges that that consent to the processing of your personal data is voluntary, however, it is necessary to use the functionality of loyalty card service.
Personal data is not disclosed to third parties.
